Examples of Body Parts

We offer lightweight and high-rigidity products to meet required driving performance and safety of vehicles.

Front frame

Component parts in the front part of a vehicle; this is a structural component with many features that affect the vehicle functions, such as installation of the engine mount and brake parts and vehicle collision safety.
We utilize a number of processing technologies such as spot welding, arc welding, tailored blank welding, and offer lightweight and high-rigidity products.

Side sill

Component parts in the sides of a vehicle; this part employs high tensile steel to ensure collision safety and passenger compartment strength.
So, this part requires highly advanced technology for stamping.

Dash panel

A partition wall between the engine room and the passenger compartment; this part has a number of functions such as mounting of the pedals and the instrument panel, noise insulation and water-proof.
In addition, this part requires highly sophisticated production technology because it is necessary to apply sealing and spot welding in many places.

Examples of Vehicle (Aluminum) Parts

These parts contribute to improving performance and functions required as a component of the vehicle.

Seat back bar

This part is installed on the back of seats of a convertible, and plays an important role for protection of passengers and increasing body strength.
We have achieved lightweight and high-rigidity in combination of aluminum extruded parts and aluminum stamping parts.

Cross member

This is a part to ensure vehicle body strength by installing in the floor tunnel that otherwise lacks strength.
We have achieved reliable product quality at low cost by friction spot joining technology.

Examples of Fuel System Parts

In addition to safety, we cope with various complex shapes to allow efficient layout of the vehicles.

Filler pipe

This is a pipe that connects the fuel filler port and the fuel tank.
Our bending press and powder coating allow us to cope with different complex shapes of the pipe according to body structures.
Also, our laser welding enables us to manufacture highly hermetic products at low cost.

Fuel tank

We use various processing technologies such as draw stamping, ring welding, seam welding and PVC coating to cope with various complex shapes of vehicles, considering space efficiency inside the vehicle body.
We also conduct in-house tests for anticorrosion and pressure-proof in order to ensure safe storage of fuel.
